    ٢٥٨ - الصلاة في الثوب الذي يأتي فيه أهله حديث جابر بن سمرة ﵁: سمعت رجلًا سأل النبي ﷺ أصلي في ثوبي الذي آتي فيه أهلي؟ قال: "نعم" (١). قال الإمام أحمد: هذا الحديث لا يرفع عن عبد الملك بن عمير (٢). وقال مرة: هذا الحديث لا يرفع عن جابر بن سمرة يشير إلى أن من رفعه وهم (٣).
