    ١٢٠ - ما جاء في قراءة الجنب والحائض القرآن فيه حديثان: الأول: حديث علي بن أبي طالب ﵁: كان رسول اللَّه ﷺ يخرج من الخلاء فيقرأ القرآن ويأكل معنا اللحم، ولم يكن يحجبه عن القرآن شيء ليس الجنابة (١). وهن الإمام أحمد هذا الحديث (٢). وقال مرة: لم يرو أحد لا يقرأ الجنب غير شعبة، عن عمرو بن مرة، عن عبد اللَّه بن سلمة، عن علي (٣). الثاني: حديث ابن عمر ﵄: "لا تقرأ الحائض ولا الجنب شيئًا من القرآن" (٤). قال الإمام أحمد: هذا باطل، وأنكره على إسماعيل بن عياش (٥). وقال مرة: أحاديث النهي عن القرآن للجنب والحائض غير قوية (٦).
