٨٤ - ما جاء في كراهية فضل وضوء المرأة حديث الحكم بن عمرو ﵁ أن النبي ﷺ نهى أن يتوضأ الرجل بفضل طهور المرأة (٥). قال الإمام أحمد: يضطربون فيه عن شعبة. وليس هو في كتاب غندر، وبعضهم يقول: عن فضل سؤر المرأة، وبعضهم يقول: فضل وضوء المرأة. فلا يتفقون عليه (٦).
