٥٣ - ما جاء في الاستنجاء بالماء فيه حديثان: الأول: حديث عائشة ﵂: مرن أزواجكن يغسلوا عنهم أثر الخلاء والبول (١). قال الإمام أحمد: لم يصح في الاستنجاء بالماء حديث. قيل له: فحديث عائشة قال: لا يصح؛ لأن غير قتادة لا يرفعه (٢). وقال مرة: الاستطابة أثبت من الماء (٣).الثاني: حديث ابن عمر ﵄ موقوفًا: أنه كان يغسل ذكره (١). قال الإمام أحمد: هو مرسل، أراه بينهما -إسماعيل بن أمية (٢).
