    ٤٢ - ما جاء في الكذب على الرسول ﷺ- فيه ثلانة أحاديث: الأول: حديث أنس ﵁: "من كذب عليَّ متعمدًا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار" (٣). قال الإمام أحمد: هذا الحديث منكر (٤). وقال مرة عندما سئل: أمحفوظ هو؟ قال: أرجو (٥).الثاني: حديث أبي أمامة ﵁ مثله (١). قال الإمام أحمد: ليس بشيء هانما وضع هذا من في نيته الكذب (٢). الثالث: أنس ﵁ مثله (٣). قال الإمام أحمد: كذا قال لنا، أخطأ فيه، وإنما هو عبد العزيز بن صهيب. يعني عبد العزيز بن رفيع (٤).
