[٣٢٢] عثمان بن يوسف ابن إبراهيم بن أحمد بن عثمان بن عبد الله بن غدير الطائي الدمشقي فخر الدين. ولد بدمشق سنة خمس وتسعين اوستمائة. ١٢٥٦ - وأُحضر في الثالثة على قريب أبيه عُمر بن عبد المنعم ابن القواسجزءاً من "حديث أبي الفرج الدرامي الفقيه" وهو في الثالثة. ٥١٧/م- وسمع من جده إبراهيم جزءاً من "حديث المُخزمي والمروزي" وحدث بدمشق وكان من كبار شهود دمشق وكتاب الحكم بها. ومات في جمادي الأولى سنة إحدى وثمانين وسبعمائة.
