[٢٣٠] محمد (طس) بن إبراهيم ابن محمد بن عبد الله بن إبراهيم بن محمد الأرموي ثم الصالحي. سمع من فاطمة بنت العز. ١١٧٥ - قرأت عليه "مشيختها تخريج ..... " بحضوره عليها وهو في الثالثة. ٤٤٢/م- وحضر هو عليها أيضاً "نسخة أبي مسهر". ومات في سنة أربع وثمانمائة.
