[٢٠٣] محمد (طس) بن محمد ابن أحمد المقدشي -بالشين المعجمة. ولد سنة أربع عشرة وسبعمائة. وسمع أكثر "صحيح مسلم" على أبي الفرج ابن عبد الهادي وحدث به. وكانت فيه دعابة فكان أصحابه يلقبونه "قاضي القضاة" لانه كان يلهج بها كثيراً وسببه أنه كان سليم الصدر كثير العبادة والديانة فكانوا قولون له: يا سيدي ول فلاناً ولاية فيقول: وليته قاضي القضاة فاكثر من ذلك حتى لقب به. ٨٨/م- سمعت هلي أحاديث من الإيمان من "صحيح مسلم"ومات في سادس عشري شهر رجب سنة اثنتين وثمانمائة وقد قارب التسعين. ولو كان سماعه على قدر سنه لأتى بالعوالي.
