[١٤٣] عبد (طس) الكافي ابن عبد الله بن أحمد بن محمد السويفي -بالمهملة والفاء- مصغر. ولد سنة ست وثلاثين وسبعمائة. ولم يتفق له السماع على قدر سنه. ٣٦٧/م- وسمع من العرضي بقراءة شيخنا العراقي: "مشيخة علي". ٥٢١/م- وفي "فوائد تمام". وأجاز في استدعاء ابني محمد وغيره. ومات سنة [ .... ] وكان قد صحب بهاء الدين السُبكي وأدب ولده. ٨٣٩ - وأخذ عن أخيه تاج الدين: "التوشيح" ونسخة بخطه.
