[٨٦] داود بن أحمد بن علي بن حمزة البقعاي ثم الصالحي الحنفي الشاهج نجم الدين. ولد بعد العشرين ثم بلغني أنه حرره سنة أربع وعشرين وسمع من الحجار. ومات في شعبان سنة ثلاث وثمانمائة. ٤٩٥ - لقيته بدمشق فقرأت عليه ثلاثة مجالس من "أمالي أبي جعفرمحمد بن عمرو ابن البختري" بسماعه لها على الحجار بإجازته من إبراهيم بن عثمان الكاشغري وأنجب بن أبي السعادات وعلي بن أبي الفخر بسماعهم الثلاثة من أبي الفتح محمد بن عبد الباقي ابن البطي قال [أخبر] نا رزق الله بن عبد الوهاب التميمي قال [أخبر] نا أبو الحسين علي بن محمد بن عبد الله بن بشران عنه.
