    ٢٤٥ - خالد بن عُبيد الله - وقيل: ابن عَبْد الله - بن الحجاج السُلمي وقيل: إنه خزاعي. قال أبو نعيم، وابن الجوزي (١): مختلَف في صحبته. روى عنه: ابنه: الحارث أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: "إن الله تعالى أعطاكم عندَ وفاتكم ثلثَ أموالكم" (٢). وقال أبو عُمر (٣): هو رجع السَبْي يوم حُنين حتى قسَمه بالجِعرانة، وقال: إسناد حَديثه هذا لا تقوم به حجة؛ لأنهم مَجْهولون.
