١٦٧ - حُجْر بن العَنْبس - وقيل: بن قيس-، أبو العَنْبس الكوفي ذكره في الصَّحابة جَماعَةٌ؛ منهم: ابن مندةَ، وأبو نعيم، وأبو عُمر (٤)، وقال: أدرك الجاهلية وشرب فيهَا الدمَ، ولم ير النبي ﷺ. ولما ذكر له البغوي (٥) حَديث زواج فاطمة ﵂ قال: ليسَ له عَن النبي ﷺ غير هذا، ولا أحسبُه سَمعَه من سَيدنا رسُول الله ﷺ.وقال عبد الرحمن في "المراسيل" (١) عَن أبيه: إنه لم يَسْمع من النبي ﷺ شيئًا. وذكره ابن حبان (٢)، وابن خلَفون، وابن القطان، وَغيرُهم في التابعين. وقال ابن الجوزي (٣): لم يثبت له صُحْبة. وذكره الصَغاني في "المختلف في صُحْبتهم" (٤).
