٢٤١٠ - يحيى بن علي بن يحيى المنجم (¬٤٨٢) نادم جماعة آخرهم المكتفي وصنف كتباً عدة وعلت رتبته. وكان معتزلياً مبتدعاً رأساً في ذلك. وله كتاب: الباهر في شعراء الدولتين ثم تممه ولده أحمد بن يحيى وله كتاب: الإجماع في الفقه. كان من كبار تلامذة محمد بن جرير وله مع المعتضد وقائع ونوادر وحرد عليه المكتفي مرة فألزمه بصيد الأسد فعمل أبياتاً منها: كلفونا صيد السباع وإنا … لبخير إن لم تصدنا السباع عاش تسعاً وخمسين سنة وتوفي في ربيع الأول سنة ثلاث مئة.
