٥٣٣٣ - الإمام الفاضل يوسف بن [أبي] فتح [السُّقَيفي] الشَّامي الحنفي الإمام السلطاني (٣)، المتوفى بقسطنطينية سنة .... وخمسين وألف، عن [اثنتين وستين سنة]. قال الشهاب في "الخبايا": فاضل كامل، قدّمه الزمان على غيره من الأفاضل لما صار مقتدى دار الخلافة، فأضحى كل محلّ ومصل لا يطيق خلافه، فلاحت من بروج الشرف شمس سعادته المشرقة وصحت سماء عزّته من غيوم الغموم المطبقة، فقال مجده: طلع الصباح ونادى مؤذّن إقباله: حي على الفلاح، فقامت الأماني خلفه صفوفًا وطلت أرباب الفضائل بسدته عكوفًا. انتهى
