٥٣١٦ - الأديب أبو الفضل يحيى بن سَلاَمة بن حسين بن محمد الطَّنزي المعروف بالخطيب الحصكفي الشافعي (٥)، المتوفى بميافارقين في ربيع الأول سنة ثلاث وخمسين وخمسمائة. كان فقيهًا شاعرًا. ولد بطنز بليدة بديار بكر ونشأ بحصن كيفا ودخل بغداد وتفقّه بها. وقرأ الأدب على الخطيب التبريزي، ثم رجع واستوطن مَيَّافارقين وولي الخطابة بها. وأفتى الناس وشغلهم بالعلم وصنَّف "عمدة الاقتصاد" في النحو وغيره وشاع ذكره. ذكره السبكي. وقال المولى ابن الفرضي: ورأيت كتابًا جامعًا في "أمثال العرب" للحصكفي ولعله له. انتهى.
