٥٠٠٢ - الشيخ أمين الدين أبو الخير مظفر بن أبي محمد بن إسماعيل بن علي الواراني التبريزي الشافعي (٧)، صاحب "المختصر" المشهور في الفقه. المتوفى بشيراز في ذي الحجة سنةإحدى وعشرين وستمائة، عن ثلاث وستين سنة. وكان عالمًا زاهدًا. تفقه ببغداد على أبي القاسم بن فضلان وأعاد بالنظامية وأفتى وناظر وكان إمامًا مبرّزًا. قدم مصر ودرّس بالناصرية وسمع الحديث وحدُّث ثم سافر إلى شيراز ومات. وله "مختصر المحصول" في أصول الفقه، المسمى بـ "التنقيح" و"كتاب سبط المسائل" في الفقه. ذكره السبكي.
