٤٩٤١ - الإمام الفقيه برهان الدين مسعود بن شُجاع بن محمد بن حسن بن محمد بن حسن بن محمد بن حسن الأُموي ولقّب أيضًا بوجيه الدين الحنفي (١)، المتوفى في جمادى الآخرة سنة تسع وتسعين وخمسمائة وله تسعون إلا سنة. كان صدرًا معظّمًا، ارتحل إلى بخارى وتفقه هناك ودرَّس بحلب ومصر بالنّورية والخاتونية وولي قضاء العسكر في دولة نور الدين وجمع كتابًا في الفقه سمّاه "الملتقطات في المسائل والواقعات". تفقه على البرهان علي بن حسن البلخي.
