٤٧٠١ - الشيخ الفقيه أبو بكر محمد بن موسى بن محمد الخوارزمي الحنفي (٣)، المتوفى ببغداد في جمادى الأولى سنة ثلاث وأربعمائة. تفقه على أبي بكر الرازي وعنه أخذ أبو عبد الله الصَّيْمَري وكان حسن الفتوى والتدريس، دُعي إلى ولاية الحكم مراراً فامتنع. وكان معظّماً في النفوس، مقدماً عند السلطان، لا يقبل لأحدٍ هدية ولا صلة وله كتاب "الجبر والمقابلة" وانتهت إليه رياسة المذهب. ذكره "صاحب الجواهر".
