٤٥٧٤ - الشيخ سيف الدين محمد بن محمد بن عمر بن قُطْلُوبغا البَكْتمري الحنفي القاهري (٥)، المتوفى بها سنة [إحدى وثمانين وثمانمائة]. ولد سنة ٨٠٠ تقريبًا وأخذ عن قارئ "الهداية" وغيره ولازم ابن الهُمَام وبرع في الفنون والعربية. له حاشية طويلة على "توضيح ابن هشام" وكان شيخه ابن الهُمَام يقول: هو محقّق الدِّيار المصرية واستنابه ابن الهُمَام في مشيخة الشيخونية لما حجّ وولي مشيخة زين الدين ثم تركها ودرَّس التفسير بالمنصورية والفقه بالأشرفية العتيقة وانتفع به الناس. أخذ عنه السيوطي وذكره في "طبقاته".
