٤٥٦٩ - محمد بن محمد بن علي الكاشغري النحويّ (٢)، المتوفى سنة خمس وسبعمائة. قال الجَنَدي في "تاريخ اليمن": كان ماهرًا في النحو واللغة والتفسير والوعظ، أقام بمكة أربع عشرة سنة وصنّف "مجمع الغرائب" (٣) واختصر "أُسد الغابة" وقدم اليمن وكان حنفيًا فتحوّل شافعيًا. ذكره السيوطي.
