٤٢٩٦ - أبو الحسن محمد بن عبد الملك بن محمد بن عمر بن محمد الكَزجِيّ- بالجيم- الشافعي (٢)، المتوفى سنة اثنتين وثلاثين وخمسمائة، عن أربع وسبعين سنة. قال السمعاني: إمام ورع، فقيه، مُحَدِّث، شاعر (٣)، أديب، أفنى طول عمره في جمع العلوم ونشرها، وله كتاب "الذرايع في علم الشرايع" مختصر، وكان لا يقنت في صلاة الفجر وأورده في كتابه. ذكره السبكي.
