٤٢٠٥ - الإمام الفقيه أبو جعفر محمد بن عبد الله بن محمد بن عمر الهِنْدَواني الحنفي (٤)، المتوفى ببخارى في ذي الحجة سنة اثنتين وستين وثلاثمائة، عن اثنتين وستين سنة. كان إماماً كبيراً من أهل بلخ. قال السمعاني: كان يقال له أبو حنيفة الصغير. تفقه على أبي بكر محمد الأعمش وحدّثببلخ وما وراء النهر وأفتى، وروى عنه يوسف بن منصور السيّاري كتاب "المختلف" للصَّفار. ذكره تقي الدين.
