٤١٨٠ - الشيخ الإمام أبو الحسين محمد بن عبد الله بن حسن ابن اللبّان البَضري الشافعي (١)، المتوفى في ربيع الأول سنة اثنتين وأربعمائة، عن ... وكان أعلم أهل عصره بالفرائض والحساب وله في ذلك التصانيف المشهورة. سمع أبا بكر ابن داسة وغيره وحدّث ببغداد. وقال الشيخ أبو إسحق: كان إماماً في الفقه والفرائض، صنَّف فيها كتباً كثيرة ليس لأحد مثلها. أخذ عنه أحمد بن أبي مسلم الفرضي وأبو الحسين أحمد بن محمد الكَازروني الذي لم يكن في زمانه أفرض منه. ذكره السبكي.
