٤١٤٥ - الشيخ العارف بالله محمد بن صالح، الشهير بيازيجي زاده البيرامي (٥)، المتوفى سنة ٨٥٩.كان من خلفاء الشيخ الحاج بيرام. توطن بمدينة كليبولي منقطعاً وله كرامات ظاهرة وباطنة تُعرف أحواله من كتابه المنظوم المشهورب "المحمدية"، وله "شرح إجمالي لفصوص ابن العربي" و"كتاب مغارب الزمان في الحديث" وهو مأخذ المحمدية و"أنوار العاشقين" لأخيه أحمد بيجان، وله "تفسير الفاتحة" ذكر فيه أنه صنفه "رداً على الوجودية". ذكره المجدي واسم أبيه مصرح في "المغارب".
