٤١٣٤ - القاضي الإمام أبو عبد الله محمد بن سَمَاعة بن عبيد الله بن هلال بن وَكيع بن بشر التّميمي الحنفي (١)، المتوفى ببغداد في شعبان سنة ثلاث وثلاثين ومائتين، عن مائة وثلاث سنين. ولي القضاء ببغداد وحدث عن الليث بن سعد وأبي يوسف ومحمد بن الحسن وغيرهم. وروى عنه خلق وكان من أصحاب أبي يوسف ومحمد، وروى الكتب والأمالي وولي القضاء للمأمون، إلى أن ضعف بصره في أيام المعتصم فاستعفى. وعنه أنه قال: مكثت أربعين سنة لم تفتني التكبيرة الأولى إلاّ يوماً واحداً ماتت فيه أمي. ذكره تقي الدين.
