٤١٢٧ - الشيخ جمال الدين أبو عبد الله محمد بن سليمان بن الحسن بن الحسين البلخي الأصل المقدسي الحنفي، المعروف بابن النَّقيب (١)، المتوفى بالقدس في محرم سنة ثمان وتسعين وستمائة، عن سبع وثمانين سنة. قرأ ببلده، ثم دخل إلى القاهرة ودرَّس وأقام بالجامع الأزهر مدةً، وكان صالحاً زاهداً يتردد إليه الأكابر، وصرف همته أكثر دهره إلى التفسير وجمع "تفسيراً" حافلاً جمع فيه خمسين مصنّفاً، قيل إنه في ثمانين مجلداً. قال الصفدي: ومن هذا "التفسير" نسخة في جامع الحاكم بالقاهرة. ذكره تقي الدين.
