٤٠٨٣ - العلاَّمة الحافظ الشيخ الفقيه الخطيب القاضي أبو عبد الله محمد بن خليفة الوشتاتي الأبّي المالكي (٣)، شارح "مسلم"، كان في زمن دولة السلطان أبي فارس عبد العزيز بن أحمد بن محمد بن أبي بكر بن الحسن "الحفصي] المتوفى سنة ٨٣٧. توفى سنة ٨٣٠ أو بعدها بسنة في حياة السلطان المذكور، له "شرح فروع ابن الحاجب" و"تعليق على المدوّنة". ذكره الشريف أبو مصطفى في "تواريخ الخلفاء".
