٤٠٦٥ - الفقيه جمال الدين محمد بن حسين بن محمد النهاري اليمني الشافعي من آل زَعَين (٤)، المتوفى باليمين سنة سبعين وتسعمائة. كان فقيهاً محصّلاً، تفقه على البُرهان إبراهيم الحكمي ببيت الفقيه، ثم انتقل إلى الجبال المصافة لتلك الجبهة ولقي جماعة من العلماء وأخذ عنهم وألف كتاباً مختصراً في المسائل التي خالف الرافعي والنووي فيها القاضي صفي الدين أحمد [بن عمر المذحجي] (٥) في عبابه وسماه "فتح الوهّاب". ذكره صاحب "قرة العين".
