٣٩٩٩ - أبو جعفر محمد بن حسن بن أبي مساره الرُّوَاسي السلي النحوي (٢)، المتوفى سنة ... وهو أول من وضع من الكوفيين كتاباً في النحو وهو أستاذ الكِسَائي والفرَّاء، وكان رجلاً صالحاً وكتابه يقال له "الفصيل" وله من الكتب "معاني القرآن" وكتاب "التصغير" و"كتاب الوقف" و"الابتداء الكبير" ويقال له: الرؤاسي لأنه كان كبير الرأس (٣). ذكره السيوطي.
