٣٩٩٢ - الشيخ أبو عبد الله وأبو بكر محمد بن حجّاج بن إبراهيم، المعروف بابن مطرِّف الإشبيلي النحوي الوزير (١)، نزيل مكة، المتوفى بها سنة ست ..... وسبعمائة، عن اثنتين وسبعين سنة. سمع من ابن سيرين بمكة ورحل إلى عدن وأقرأ بها النحو وعاد إلى مكة وأخذ النحو من الشَلَوبين. وكان يحفظ كتاب سيبويه وصنّف "تنقيد" على جمل الزجاج. وكان من الصالحين، له كرامات. ذكره السيوطي في "النحاة".
