٣٩٨٠ - الشيخ أبو الفتح محمد بن جعفر بن محمد الهمداني ثم المراغي النحوي (٤)، المتوفى سنة إحدى وسبعين وثلاثمائة.قال ياقوت: كان حافظاً نحوياً بليغاً، صنَّف "الاستدراك لما أغفل المحاملي" و"البهجة" على نمط "كامل" المبرِّد. وقال الخطيب: سكن بغداد وحدّث عن أبي جعفر وابن قتيبة وعنه أبو الحسين المحاملي. انتهى. ذكره السيوطي.
