٣٨٩٦ - الشيخ أبو بكر محمد بن أحمد بن منصور ابن الخيَّاط النحوي (٢)، المتوفى سنة عشرين وثلاثمائة. قال ياقوت: أصله من سمرقند وقدم بغداد وكان يخلط نحو البصريين بالكوفيين وناظر الزجّاج. أخذ عنه الزجاجي والفارسي وكان جميل الأخلاق، طيّب العِشرة، صنَّف "معاني القرآن" و"النحو الكبير" و"المقنع" في النحو، و"الموجز" [فيه]. ذكره السيوطي في "النحاة".
