٣٨٧٦ - القاضي الإمام أبو عاصم محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن عبد الله بن عباد الهَرَوي العِبَادي الشافعي (١)، المتوفى في شوال سنة ثمان وخمسين وأربعمائة، عن ثلاث وثمانين سنة. تفقّه على القاضي أبي منصور الأزدي بهَرَاة وعلى القاضي أبي عمر البسطامي بنيسابور وكان إمامًا جليلًا حافظًا للمذهب، صنَّف "الزيادات" و"زيادات الزيادات" و"المبسوط" و"الهادي" و"أدب القاضي" و"طبقات الفقهاء". روى عن أبي بكر القراب وغيره. ذكره السبكي.
