٣٧٠٠ - القاضي أبو علي مُحَسِّن بن علي بن محمد بن داود بن إبراهيم بن تميم التَّنُوخي الأنباري الحنفي (٣)، المتوفى في محرم سنة أربع وثمانين وثلاثمائة وله [سبع وخمسون سنة] (٤). سمع بالبصرة من الأفرم وأبي بكر الصُّولي ونزل بغداد فأقام بها وحدَّث إلى حين وفاته. تقلّد القضاء بالقصر وبابل وعسكر مكرم وإيدج ورَامَهُزمُزْ وناب عن أبيه. وكان أديبًا أخباريًا شاعرًا، له كتاب "الفرج بعد الشِّدَّة" وناهيك بحسنه (٥) وكتاب "نشوان المحاضرة" وكتاب "المستجاد في فعلات الأجواد" و"ديوان شعر". أورده الثعالبي في "اليتيمة" وأثنى عليه. ذكره تقي الدين.
