٣٥٨٨ - القاضي الإمام قتيبه بن زياد الخُرَاساني الحنفي (٦)، المتوفى سنة ... اشتغل وتفقه على مذهب أبي حنيفة وولي القضاء على الجانب الشرقي ببغداد في أيام المنصور وإبراهيم بن المهدي ومحمد بن سماعة في الجانب الغربي. له فهم ومعرفة، وله من الكتب "كتاب الشروط" وكتاب "المحاضر والسِّجلات". ذكره تقي الدين.
