٣٤٤٦ - الشيخ الإمام أبو موسى عيسى بن أبان بن صَدَقة القاضي البغدادي الحنفي (١)، المتوفى سنة إحدى وعشرين ومائتين. صحب محمد بن الحسن وتفقّه به وناب في الحكم عن يحيى بن أكثم، ثم تولى القضاء بالبصرة ولم يزل حتى مات. روى عن يحيى بن زكريا بن أبي زائدة وغيره، وعنه الحسن بن سلام. وفيه ذكاء ومعرفة بالحديث. حجّ ورجع ومات ﵀. ذكره تقي الدين.
