٣٣٥١ - الإمام تاج الشريعة عمر بن عبيد الله بن محمود بن أحمد المَحْبُوبي الحنفي البخاري (٥)، وهو صاحب "نهاية الكفاية في شرح الهداية" ووالده هو صدر الشريعة الأول وأخوه برهان الشريعة محمود. ذكره تقي الدين نقلاً عن المولى محمد بن شيخ محمد بن إلياس المعروف بجوي زاده. أقول ذكر في آخر "كتاب الأيمان" تاريخ تحريره وقال: أتمّ تحرير فوائد كتاب الأيمان أبو عبد الله عمر بن صدر الشريعة في آخر شعبان سنة ثلاث وسبعين وستمائة بمحروسة كرْمَان.
