٣٢٦٨ - الشيخ الإمام نور الدين علي بن يوسف بن الحسن بن محمد بن محمود بن عبد الله الأنصاري الزرندي ثم الحنفي (١)، المتوفى بالمدينة في ذي الحجة سنة اثنتين وسبعين وسبعمائة. سمع من إسمعيل البلقيني، وكان قد حفظ ربع "الوجيز" في الفقه. ثم تحوّل حنفياً. وتفقّه ونظر في الآداب وولي قضاء المدينة والتدريس بها والحسبة، وكان إماماً فاضلاً محدِّثاً. رحل وطلب وجمع وكتب وكان سيفاً لأهل السُّنَّة، قامعاً للبدعة، حدَّث بحلب ورتّب "مقامة" بديعة في المفاخرة بين مكة والمدينة. أخذ عنه الكرماني سماعاً وأثنى عليه في أول شرحه.
