٣٢٢٠ - الشيخ أبو القاسم علي بن محمد الرَّحْبِي الحنفي، المعروف بابن السِّمْنَاني (٥)، المتوفى في ربيع الأول سنة ثلاث وتسعين وأربعمائة، عن ست وستين سنة.قرأ على القاضي أبي عبد الله الدامغاني، واتصل بالوزير نظام الملك فجعله صاحب خبره ببغداد فامتحن وحبس مدة ثم أطلق ووزر لعميد الدولة فراعاه. وله تصانيف في الفقه والشروط، منها كتاب "روضة القُضاة". ذكره تقي الدين.
