٣١٣١ - الشيخ الإمام المُحَقِّق فخر الدين أبو عاصم علي بن عمر بن الخليل بن علي الإسفندري الحنفي (٣)، المتوفى سنة [ثمان وتسعين وستمائة] وهو صاحب "المقتبس [في توضيح ما التبس] في شرح المفصّل". ذكره السغناقي (٤) في أول "الموصل" فقال: هو الإمام الفاضل، رئيس الأماثل، المنعوت بأكرم الشَّمائل، مع فضله الباهر، الموصوف بحسن الخلق والتواضع، زرته وقت مجتازي بالخانقاه العباسي بتاريخ سنة ثلاث وسبعين وستمائة بكاث (٥)، تفوَّه بكلام الإجازة والتمس منّي أن أكتب له إجازة فأجبته. انتهى
