٣١٢٥ - القاضي صدر الدين علي بن علي بن محمد بن محمد بن أبي العز بن صالح الأَذرَعي الحنفي (٣)، المتوفى بدمشق سنة اثنتين وتسعين وسبعمائة وله إحدى وستون سنة. قرأ وحَصَّل وولي قضاء دمشق وطلبه الأشرف شعبان وولاّه قضاء الدّيار المصرية، ثم أستعفى ورجع إلى دمشق وأقام بها. وكان من الفضلاء الأذكياء، له "حاشية الهداية"و"شرح عقيدة الطّحاوي" (٤).
