٣٠٤٥ - الأديب الفقيه أبو الحسن علي بن خليل بن علي بن الحسين الدمشقي، المعروف بابن قَاضي العَسْكَر الحنفي (١)، المتوفى بها في ذي القعدة سنة إحدى وخمسين وستمائة وله ثلاث وأربعون سنة. وله "شرح الجامع الكبير"، ومن شعره: تَطَلَّبتُ في الدُّنيا خليلاً فلم أجدْ ... وما أحدٌ غيري لذلك واجدُ فَكَمْ مُضْمِرٍ بُغْضَاً يُرِيْكَ مَحَبَّةً ... وفي الزّندِ نَارٌ وهو في اللَّمس بَارِدُ ذكره تقي الدين.
