٣٠٣٥ - أبو الحسن علي بن حسين الجوري الشافعي (٥)، صاحب كتاب "المرشد" في شرح مختصر المُزني وهو عشر مجلدات. كان أحد الأئمة الشافعية، منسوب إلى جور من بلاد فارس (٦). لقي أبا بكر النيسابوري وروى عنه. قال ابن الصلاح: ورأيت من تصنيفه بعض كتابه الموسوم بـ "الموجز" في الفقه على ترتيب "المختصر" مشتمل على حجاج مع الخصوم اعتراضاً وجواباً. ذكره السبكي.
