٢٨١٦ - الشيخ الإمام أبو الحسن عُبيد الله بن حسين بن دَلَّال بن دلهم الكرخي الحنفي (٤)، المتوفى ببغداد في شعبان سنة أربعين وثلاثمائة وله ثمانون سنة. تفقّه على مشايخ بلده وسكن بغداد ودرَّس بها فقه أبي حنيفة بعد أبي حازم وأبي سعيد البَرْدَعي، وإليه انتهت رياسة الحنفية وانتشر أصحابه في البلاد. وكان مع غزارة علمه وكثرة رواياته، عظيم العبادة، كثير الصلاة والصيام، صبورًا على الفقر، صنّف "المختصر" و"الجامع الصغير" و"الجامع الكبير" أودع فيها الفقه والحديث والآثار. ذكره تقي الدين.
