٢٧٧٦ - القاضي الإمام أبو القاسم عبد الواحد بن حسين بن محمد الصيْمَري الشافعي (٤)، نزيل البصرة، المتوفى بعد سنة ست وثمانين وثلاثمائة عن ... كان أحد الأئمة وله في المذهب وجوه. تفقه بأبي الفَيَّاض وغيره وصنَّف "الإيضاح" في المذهب و"الكفاية" وله "كتاب في القياس والعلل" و"كتاب في أدب المفتي والمستفتي" و"كتاب في الشروط" وغير ذلك وتخرَّج به جماعة، منهم القاضي الماوردي. ذكره السبكي.
