٢٧٣٣ - الشيخ أبو الفضل عبد الملك بن إبراهيم بن أحمد الهمداني المقدسي الشافعي (٢)، المتوفى في رمضان سنة تسع وثمانين وأربعمائة، عن نحو ثمانين [سنة]. كان من أهل همدان، سكن بغداد إلى وفاته. وكان إمامًا استجمع شرائط الاجتهاد على قول ابن عقيل، إليه يرجع الناس في الحساب. سمع وحدّث باليسير وكان يحفظ "المجمل" و"غريب أبي عبيدة" وقيل: إنه كان على مذهب المعتزلة. ذكره ولده أبو الحسن محمد في "تاريخه"، وفرائضه مشهورة، وله"فتاوى" مجموعة. ذكره السبكي.
