٢٦٨٢ - المولى العالم الفاضل عبد القادر بن محمد، الشهير بقادري (٢)، المتوفى ببروسا سنة خمس وخمسين وتسعمائة. قرأ على المولى سيدي وابن زيرك، ثم درّس بمدارس الصحن، ثم صار قاضيًا ببروسا سنة ٩٢٧ وقسطنطينية سنة ٢٩ ثم بعسكر أناطولي ثم روم إيلي، ودام على ذلك ثم تقاعد إلى أن عين مفتيًا سنة ٩٤٨، ثم ترك الفتوى لاختلال في مزاجه، وتقاعد ببروسا إلى أن مات. وكان فاضلًا كريمًا متلذذًا بالعفو تقيًا. ذكره أبو الخير في "الشقائق".
