٢٦٢٥ - الإمام علاء الدين عبد العزيز بن أحمد بن محمد البُخَاري الحنفي (٣)، صاحب "الكشف والتحقيق"، المتوفى بها في محرم سنة تسع وعشرين وسبعمائة. تفقّه على عمّه وشيخه فخر الدين محمد بن محمد المايْمَزغي النّسفي وبَرَعَ في الأصول والفروع وروى "البخاري" عنه أيضًا. وعنه علاء الدين أبو نصر محمد بن محمود الشرغي الحافظي، وله "شرح أصول البزدوي" سمّاه بـ "الكشف" و"شرح أصول الأَخْسِيكَثي" سمّاه بـ "التحقيق"، ووضع كتابًا على "الهداية" بسؤال قوام الدين الكاكي حين اجتمع [به] بترمذ وتفقه عليه وصل فيه إلى النكاح. ذكره تقي الدين.
