٢٥٦١ - الشيخ الأديب عبد الرحمن بن محمد الحَمِيدي المتطبب المصري (٢)، المتوفى سنة [خمس وألف]. شيخ سوق الوراقين. كان أديبًا وديوانه بمصر مشهور ونظم "بديعية" شرحها في سفر. قال الشهاب في "الخبايا": وكنت رأيت فيها أغلاطًا كثيرة فلما نبّهته عليها حنق حنقًا شديدًا وزعم أنه هجاني. انتهى
