٢٤٨٧ - الأستاذ أبو الفرج عبد الرحمن أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن أحمد بن عبد الرحمن السرخسي النُّوَيْزِي [الزاز] الشافعي (٣)، المتوفى في ربيع الآخر سنة أربع وتسعين وأربعمائة، عن إحدى وستين سنة. تفقه على القاضي الحسين وسمع الحسن بن علي المطوعي وأبا القاسم القشيري وجماعة. وروى عنه أبو طاهر السنجي وغيره، وكان أحد أئمة الإسلام ومن يضرب به المثل بحفظ مذهب الشافعي وصنَّف الإملاء. رحل إليه الأئمة والفقهاء ويقال له أبو الفرج الدار. ذكره السبكي.
